Starting from: November 2019

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining office procedures
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Organising meetings
  • Booking transport for visitors to Six West Malta

Your experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in an administrative role, preferably in office management
  • Exposure to/knowledge of the aviation industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite

Your qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Maltese would be useful
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team, people-orientated with excellent listening and communication skills
  • Good time management skills
