During a lease transition, we act on behalf of lessors to manage the repositioning of aircraft between operators, often ferrying aircraft out of one airline and into another with full regulatory and technical oversight. Aircraft deliveries, on the other hand, may involve new aircraft coming directly from the manufacturer to the airline, or the delivery of an aircraft post-maintenance to its next operator.
