By completing your PilotPal profile, you’re automatically placed in Six West’s candidate pool for upcoming contract pilot roles. Our operations managers regularly review registered candidates and match flight crew to live opportunities based on your aircraft experience, licenses, and availability. There’s no need to reapply—just keep your profile up to date, and we’ll be in touch when the right job lands.
PilotPal makes it easy to maintain your professional profile. Pilots can update personal information, licenses, and aircraft type experience, and upload CVs and cover letters directly. All data is securely stored on encrypted EU-based servers and only accessible to authorised Six West personnel involved in crew recruitment and operations.
Submitting expenses after a completed assignment has never been easier. In just a few clicks, pilots can submit job-linked expenses, attach receipts, and add payment details. Each request goes through a quick internal approval process before being passed to our finance team for payment. Status updates are tracked within your dashboard and sent via email—transparency, every step of the way.
