Strong growth and increased customer requirements behind new recruitment
New positions in Dublin and Shannon

Six West in Ireland is recruiting for two new aviation positions in Dublin and at its recently established base in Shannon.

Due to unprecedented growth and an ever-increasing client base, Six West Flight Operations is hiring, and the company has created two new roles which will be responsible for managing and administering its flight operations services and those provided by its subsidiaries.

Matthew Gee, Chief Operations Officer, said: “Like all aviation companies, we were impacted by the pandemic last year. So we took the opportunity to restructure and refocus in 2020. Now we’re ready to move on – more streamlined and more agile.

“While our long-standing clients continue to rely on us, we have also expanded our client base as our reputation for trustworthy flight operations in the market has grown. We are optimistic about strong growth in the future as the industry recovers.

Cathy Limrick, Financial Analyst and Human Resources Administrator, said: “We have a long-term view on hiring the right people to join our team. Our success depends entirely on these people, all of whom we have carefully selected and nurtured. We invest significantly in training and provide extensive on-the-job training and mentoring to support all our employees – even experienced flight operations professionals to ensure they deliver peak performance and great service to our clients.
