Paul Cantillon brings extensive expertise in project management, aircraft operations and client relations, spanning both large commercial aviation and the private business jet sector. At Six West Aviation, he leads strategic initiatives focused on optimising flight operations, managing complex transitions and enhancing processes for global leasing clients and private aviation partners.

Since joining Six West Aviation, Paul has taken on key senior roles, including Senior Project Manager for Flight Operations Solutions, where he has played a pivotal role in developing tailored solutions for a diverse range of aviation clients. His ability to navigate both large-scale commercial operations and the bespoke needs of private aviation allows him to tackle operational challenges with a blend of strategic vision, adaptability and a deep understanding of the unique demands of each sector.
